This agreement governs your use of the jilig platform. By registering an account or accessing any jilig service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of jilig that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process is subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and jilig (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all access to and use of the jilig online casino platform, including but not limited to the website accessible at jilig.co, any mobile applications, games, promotions, payment services, and customer support (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing jilig, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand it, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. Access to or use of any jilig Service constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and any additional terms incorporated by reference, including the jilig Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you are accessing jilig on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement and you accept the Agreement on their behalf.
jilig reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting to the jilig platform unless a specific effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Services following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date of last revision is displayed prominently at the top of this page.
To be eligible to register and use jilig, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Services:
The 21-year minimum age requirement is a statutory requirement under PAGCOR regulations and is strictly enforced by jilig. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jilig will close any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age and will void all associated balances, bonuses, and transactions.
To access jilig's gaming Services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active jilig Account. Registering or maintaining more than one Account is strictly prohibited. If jilig identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, jilig reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated balances and bonus credits, and retain funds as may be required under applicable anti-fraud procedures.
jilig is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players before enabling withdrawal functionality. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following: a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jilig will result in withdrawal privileges remaining suspended until compliance is achieved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilig login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jilig immediately at support at jilig.co if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
jilig will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. jilig recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account and using a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
Security tip: jilig will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. If you receive any communication requesting your jilig password, it is a phishing attempt — do not comply, and report it to jilig support immediately.
jilig accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. jilig reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount at jilig is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and by player account tier. Players may set personal deposit limits via Account Settings in accordance with their responsible gaming preferences.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the jilig wallet within seconds. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are generally credited within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. jilig is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. All deposits must originate from a payment account owned by and registered in the name of the Player.
All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilig does not impose currency conversion fees on PHP deposits. For USDT TRC20 deposits, the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit processing will be applied to convert the deposited amount to PHP.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using the payment method to which withdrawal is requested; and (d) complied with all other applicable provisions of this Agreement.
jilig targets the following processing times for withdrawals, measured from the time the withdrawal request is approved following any required verification checks:
Processing times are targets and not guarantees. jilig reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. jilig is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network conditions.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the jilig platform under Account Settings and may vary by payment method and account tier. jilig reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jilig are subject to this Agreement and to the specific terms of each individual offer, which are published in the Promotions section of the jilig platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires the Player to place ₱20,000 in total qualifying bets before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms. As a general guideline, most slot titles contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Players should review individual game contribution rules before using bonus funds.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, jilig bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically. jilig is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.
jilig reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where jilig has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or other improper conduct has occurred. Determining whether conduct constitutes bonus abuse is at jilig's sole and reasonable discretion.
Each game available on the jilig platform is subject to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to game freezes, disconnections, or display errors — jilig will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side data. Where a definitive game outcome cannot be established, jilig reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance.
For live dealer games, the outcome determined by the live presenter and confirmed by the studio system is final. For automated games (slots, crash, RNG tables), the outcome determined by the certified random number generator and confirmed by the game server is final. jilig's decision on disputed game outcomes is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilig platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the jilig platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface design, and promotional materials — is the property of jilig or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of jilig.
jilig grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilig platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to access jilig's source code, scrape data from the platform, or use any automated system to interact with the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilig and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the jilig platform, regardless of whether jilig was advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilig's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their jilig Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilig does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error, that any particular game will be available at any given time, or that any specific outcome will result from any game. Use of the jilig platform is entirely at your own risk.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose all money you deposit and wager. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. jilig is not responsible for gambling-related financial losses sustained by Players on the platform.
jilig may suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, inactivity, or any other reason jilig deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or compliance with applicable law.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jilig's support team. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied or bonus funds must be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification and standard withdrawal procedures.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. jilig reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity maintenance fee against the balance of inactive Accounts, as specified in the jilig platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified via the registered email address before inactivity fees commence.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jilig or these Terms and Conditions, you must first contact jilig's customer support team and allow jilig a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter through its internal dispute resolution process. Most disputes are resolved within 5 to 10 business days.
If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose framework jilig operates. jilig will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, applying Philippine law as the governing law of this Agreement.
jilig reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, jilig will provide reasonable notice through the jilig platform and via the registered email address associated with the affected Account. Amendments to address regulatory changes, security vulnerabilities, or legal requirements may take effect immediately upon publication.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at jilig.co/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players who do not agree to an amendment must cease use of the jilig platform prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
